Driver Responsibility Program Questionaire:
Information is being collected for the purpose of academic research into the Texas Driver Responsibility Program contained in Chapter 708 of the Texas Transportation Code, more specifically, the surcharges associated with certain criminal convictions within that code. This research will be used in the formulation of an academic paper authored by John W. Shaw; a student at St. Mary’s University School of Law.
